While we take extreme care in handling all customer materials, we cannot be responsible for any damages or breakage while in any way altering customers’ glass, mirror or any related materials, including removal of customers’ materials such as frames or specialty items.  Also, we cannot be responsible for damage or breakage to customers’ material immediately adjacent to the area where we have been hired to do work, whether removal or installation or both.  This includes, but is not limited to, electrical fixtures and fire safety equipment.  We are also not responsible when installing showers if the tile work is not sufficiently well done, and the tiles crack or grout gets displaced.

We are not responsible for any damage or breakage caused by others, or for any problems arising from structural settlement.

We also cannot warranty any materials we are installing that have been purchased by customer from some other source.

We accept no responsibility for any dimensions/measurements provided by the customer, whether on shop-fabricated materials or materials custom ordered for the client from his/her measurements of the material or openings for which the material is intended.

When replacing windows, we cannot remove burglar bars or any similar protective barriers, nor are we responsible for the plastic or wood window stops as they become extremely brittle from the excessive heat, direct sunlight, dry climate and general weather conditions here in Las Vegas.  It is possible these stops will break or crack upon removal in preparation for the installation of your new window.  We will try to replace the plastic stops if they (or adequate substitutes) are still available, and for which there will be additional charges to the customer.  We cannot replace damaged wood stops.
